His goal, to make the cut for the first time in 5 tries as a PGA professional. (Of course I’m sure he’s always thinking win thought. :)

However, the 17th hole gave him troubles and threw a minor kink in his plans. the 17th came with a double bogey placing him at 2 over par after he finished the day with a par. A score that places him near the bottom of the leaderboard.

Bob May leads all golfers with a 9 under after the first day. Tadd Fujikawa will have a tough road to climb back up since he’ll be chasing the majority of the pack. Only 5 golfers shot worse than his 2 over.
